THE PROBLEM

How many planners are in your drawer right now?

How many apps have you downloaded, loved for a week, then quietly abandoned? (And how many New Year's resolutions went the same way?)

Here's the thing: those systems didn't fail because you did. They failed because they were built for brains that run on importance. ADHD brains run on interest — and no one ever showed us how to build around that.

WHAT THIS IS

Work With Your ADHD Brain is a 4-session online ADHD group built on the Strengths Toolbox method — the same strengths-based framework I use with my 1:1 coaching clients.

Instead of starting with what's "wrong," we start with what already works: strengths, interests, needs and values. Then we turn them into fuel — ADHD tools, strategies and tactics customized to your brain.

Coming from a place of strengths first is the key to accessing dopamine. And dopamine is the key to accessing everything else.

Your Strengths, Not Just Your Struggles

Map your character strengths, executive-function strengths, processing style, interests and performance strengths — the raw materials of your toolbox.

No session Jan 18 (MLK Day) — you get two weeks to fill in your toolbox before Session 2.

Your Needs & Values

ADHD brains struggle to generate motivation from the inside. Needs and values externalize it. "I need something for myself. I value something for the world."

Build Your Activation Recipe

Take a task you've been avoiding, add your fuel, then boost it with Interest, Challenge, Novelty, Urgency or Passion. Walk away with a recipe you can actually use.

Your Life, By Design

Put tools where they work — at the point of performance. Externalize memory, make time physical, manage your energy, and learn the in-the-moment Quick Recipe for when you're stuck.

Parents and partners: learn the strengths-based way to support someone with ADHD

If you're a parent of a child, teen or adult child with ADHD, or the partner or spouse of someone with ADHD, you've probably tried reminders, rewards, charts and more reminders. When they don't stick, it can start to feel like nagging on one side and failing on the other.

A strengths-based approach changes that dynamic. In this group you'll build your own Strengths Toolbox — and learn the method and language to help your child, teen or partner discover theirs. You'll learn how interest, challenge, novelty, urgency and passion get an ADHD brain moving, and how needs and values can replace pressure with motivation that actually lasts.

Less nagging. More partnership. And tools your person has a real hand in choosing.

You'll leave with

  • Your completed Strengths Toolbox — a one-page map of what fuels your brain

  • At least one Activation Recipe tested on a real task in your life

  • A Quick Recipe you can use in the moment when you're stuck

  • ADHD tools you chose and customized — not ones you were told to use

  • For parents and partners: a strengths-based framework and shared language for supporting your loved one

FAQ

Do I need to take Know Your ADHD Brain first?

No. It's a helpful foundation, but Work With Your ADHD Brain stands on its own.

I'm a parent or partner. Is this for me?

Yes. You'll build your own Strengths Toolbox and learn a strengths-based framework you can use to support your child, teen or partner. It's not a parenting program, and it isn't couples counseling — it's a practical method you can take home.

Can I join from outside the US?

Yes — this is an online ADHD group open worldwide. Check "Find your local time" above. Every session is recorded, so you can follow along on your own schedule.

Is this coaching?

It's a structured group built on coaching methods. You'll do real exercises and build real tools — in a group setting, not 1:1.

What if I miss a session?

Every session is recorded and sent to you within 24 hours.

Will you tell me which tools to use?

No — and that's the point. You'll learn a method for choosing and customizing ADHD tools yourself, so you can keep doing it long after the group ends.

This program is educational and does not replace medical or mental health care.

Why is there a gap after Session 1?

There's no session on Monday, Jan 18 (Martin Luther King Jr. Day in the US). That gives you two weeks to fill in your Strengths Toolbox before we build on it in Session 2.

This program is educational and does not replace medical or mental health care.
